FormAtlas

About FormAtlas.

What it is

FormAtlas is a structured exercise atlas organized by muscle group, equipment, movement pattern, and level. Each page gives form cues, common mistakes, and easier or harder variations.

How visuals work

Each exercise uses a dedicated AI-assisted illustration as a single-position reference. A still can clarify equipment and body position, but it may show only one phase and does not measure muscle activation. Use it with the written setup and sequence.

Sources and stance

The taxonomy follows common strength-training categories and general physical activity guidance from public-health and professional exercise organizations. Exercise-specific pages are labeled separately from pages that still use general movement-pattern guidance. The site is educational and does not replace medical care, coaching, or individualized programming.
