Every page names one exercise variation and lists the equipment it actually requires. Exercise-specific instructions are labeled separately from general movement-pattern guidance so a reader can see how precise the current review is.
How images are handled
The illustrations are AI-assisted visual references, not photographs or motion capture. They are checked against the named variation and clearly labeled as single-position or multi-position references. Muscle coloring is illustrative and is never presented as a measurement of activation.
Review and corrections
