Movement sequence

  1. Strap the feet, sit tall at the catch, bend the knees, and reach the handle forward with long arms and a neutral spine.
  2. Drive with the legs first, then open the hips slightly, and finish by drawing the handle toward the lower ribs.
  3. Recover in reverse order: arms away, torso forward, then bend the knees and slide toward the next catch.
